Welcome to the Civic Association of West Lake Brantley (CAWLB)

Welcome to the CAWLB web site. We are a civic association of about 300 homes on the western side of Lake Brantley in an unincorporated portion of Seminole County Florida. Our civic association was founded in 1960. We are 100% volunteer driven and have no paid staff.

Our purpose:

• Maintain Common areas such as:
  • Boat Ramp
  • Beach park
  • Lake Brantley Isles marker
• Improve our community’s quality of life
  • Monthly meetings to continually improve our community
  • Yearly Community functions
  • Create a conduit for volunteerism and leadership
  • Give our members a unified voice
  • Collaborate with outside organizations
  • Maintain increased property values with lake access for our community
