On September 10th 2014 the results of a study were issued by the Florida Heath Department of Health. You can read the letter by clicking here.
Coyotes have been spotted in this neighborhood as well as nearby communities. Unfortunately we believe they are responsible for many missing cats.
PLEASE CALL FWC IF YOU SEE A COYOTE OR SUSPECT A COYOTE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSING PET!
The FWC needs this information so they can triangulate the coyotes' paths and set traps. Coyotes are much more difficult to trap than bears, and more dangerous! Please call the below FWC contact with as much information as possible regarding day, time, location... etc.
