CAWLB has two areas for member use. We have a boat ramp with access to Lake Brantley and a Beach Park on Lake Brantley
To reserve the Beach Park Pavilion:

Beach Park and Boat Ramp Rules
The Beach Park:
Use only by members and their guests
Members must be present with their guests at all times
If you would like to have an event you can reserve the pavilion by e-mailing us at
info@mycawlb.org. and paying online with the add to cart button above.
A $35 non-refundable fee is required to reserve the pavilion
The beach park is a community area and will remain accessible by other members and their guests even if
you reserve the pavilion.
Please clean up after yourself at all times. Pack your own trash out. There is no pickup at the park.
Be a good neighbor.
No alcohol is allowed at the beach park
No Pets are allowed at the beach park
There is no lifeguard on duty at the beach park. User assumes all risks. Please be safe and do not
leave children unattended.
No water craft may enter the cordoned off area at any time.
Beach park opens at sunrise and closes at dusk.
Please keep the area secure. Close and latch the gate
Failure to observe the rules may result in revocation of beach park and boat ramp privileges.
Inflatable bounce houses, water slides and other amusement devices are not permitted at the beach park or boat ramp properties.
The Boat Ramp:
Use only by members and their guests.
Members must be present with their guest at all times.
Please keep the area secure and close and lock the gate.
There are 7 parking spots available. Please use the designated spots. Any vehicle blocking the traffic area
will be towed at the owners expense. See example image.
No overnight parking. Any vehicle left overnight will be towed at the owners expense.
Please clean up after yourself at all times. Be a good neighbor.
No alcohol is to be consumed at the boat ramp.
No unleashed pets are allowed at the boat ramp. Pets are allowed only at the boat ramp for purposes of
transferring them to the water craft. If your pet does need a "potty" break. Please clean up after them.
There is no lifeguard on duty at the boat ramp. User assumes all risks. Please be safe and do not leave
children unattended.
No wake will be created by any water craft in the canal. The speed limit is designated as an idle zone.
Failure to observe the rules may result in revocation of boat ramp or canal privileges.
